As men bear increasing pressure in society, at work, and at home, they are increasingly affected by various diseases such as coronary heart disease, diabetes, stroke, cancer, sub-health, death from overwork, sexual dysfunction, prostate disease, and infertility. What's wrong with men? How should men cope with their health crises? As a urologist, I am dedicated to safeguarding the health of my male compatriots, helping them stay strong and healthy, and maintain their masculine vitality!

Men are often called the backbone of the family and the pillar of society. Another saying is that in the family, the man is the god, and the woman is the soul. This shows how important men are placed in society.

The ideal man in society is one who is independent, self-reliant, deep and reserved, and physically strong. From childhood, they are encouraged to get up on their own after falling down; excessive dependence on others is a disgrace for boys.

If a boy acts like a girl, clinging to someone and acting coy, he will be ridiculed and become the object of humiliation.

Men believe that masculinity means actively engaging in the currents of life, daring to compete, overcoming obstacles, and forging ahead. Society and parents require boys to cultivate creativity and a spirit of adventure from a young age; they are constantly encouraged with phrases like, "You're a man, you should achieve something," and "A man doesn't easily shed tears," which demonstrate a man's strength and perseverance. Women's tears evoke sympathy, while men's tears evoke disgust.

A group of 100 college students were once asked to describe their ideal hero. The results showed that almost all of them admired a hero who was deep and composed, reserved, capable of fighting alone, physically strong, and able to overcome any difficulty with independence and unwavering determination. This is clearly the image of a heroic man.

There's a folk song about longevity in my country: "Living to eighty is nothing special, ninety is a bit more, a hundred is a smiling year, seventy is still a little brother, sixty is still sleeping in a cradle." This song embodies an optimistic and confident spirit of striving for longevity. It encourages us not to be discouraged or give up on growing old, wishing every family happiness and every man to strive towards the goal of living to a hundred!
