Medicinal diet for treating erectile dysfunction

1. Ingredients: 180g chives, 240g fresh shrimp, vegetable oil, MSG (to taste). Instructions: Cut the chives into 3cm sections and set aside. Peel the shrimp and set aside. Heat a wok, add vegetable oil, and once the oil has melted, add the chives and shrimp. Stir-fry repeatedly, add MSG and salt, stir well, and remove from heat. Serve as a side dish; it's even better with alcohol.

2. 150g of sea cucumber (after soaking), appropriate amounts of chicken broth and mustard. Slice the sea cucumber into strips, mix with chicken broth and mustard, and serve as a side dish. This recipe nourishes the kidneys and replenishes essence, nourishes blood and moistens dryness, and is suitable for conditions such as impotence and general weakness.

3. Take 6 grams of Cordyceps sinensis, 2 grams of ginger, and 12 sparrows. Remove the feathers and internal organs of the sparrows, wash them, and cut them into pieces. Place the Cordyceps sinensis, sparrow pieces, and ginger slices into a clay pot, add an appropriate amount of water, and simmer for 2-3 hours, until the sparrows are tender. Eat the Cordyceps sinensis and sparrow meat together, in several portions. This formula is especially suitable for impotence due to deficiency of both kidney yin and yang, but it is not suitable for those with severe damp-heat.

4. 30 grams of fresh shrimp meat, 100 ml of white wine, 10 ml of soy sauce, and 15 grams of sugar. Remove the heads and tails of the shrimp and set aside. Mix the white wine, soy sauce, and sugar together, then place the raw shrimp meat in the mixture and soak for 15 minutes. The shrimp meat is then ready to eat. Eat the shrimp on an empty stomach, or with the wine. This recipe is especially suitable for those with liver stagnation and impotence; those with yin deficiency and excessive fire should avoid this recipe.

5. One pair of seahorses, 500 ml of white wine. Soak the seahorses in the wine for 2 weeks, then drink a small amount daily according to your own alcohol tolerance.

6. 15-30 grams of prepared aconite root, 150 grams of ginger, appropriate amount of garlic, 500-1000 grams of dog meat, and appropriate amount of peanut oil. Simmer the ginger until cooked, wash and chop the dog meat, first sauté the garlic cloves in peanut oil in a pot for a short while, then add an appropriate amount of water, dog meat, prepared aconite root, and simmered ginger slices, and cook for 2 hours. Serve hot in appropriate portions at different times.

7. Venison and rice, appropriate amounts. Wash the venison, slice it, and cook it with washed rice into porridge. Add a little salt and cook until done. This can be eaten regularly.

8. Two sheep testicles (i.e., goat or sheep testicles), and an appropriate amount of glutinous rice. Wash the sheep testicles to remove the blood, hang them in a ventilated place to dry, and then cook them with glutinous rice into porridge.

9. One turtle head and neck, and appropriate amounts of scallions and garlic. Wash and dry the turtle head and neck, bake them on a tile until they are dry, grind them into a fine powder, mix them into noodles, and add appropriate amounts of scallions and garlic. Eat this once a day for 5 consecutive days.

10. Angelica sinensis 30g, 1 oxtail, a pinch of salt. Remove the hair from the oxtail, cut it into small pieces, and boil it with the angelica sinensis in water. Add seasonings later, drink the soup and eat the oxtail. This recipe is especially suitable for impotence due to kidney deficiency.
